Management Team

Peter C. Wallace

Peter C. Wallace has been our president and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 12, 2004. From October 2001 to July 2004, Mr. Wallace was President and CEO of IMI Norgren Group (sophisticated motion and fluid control systems for original equipment manufacturers). He was employed by Rexnord Corporation (power transmission and conveying components) for 25 years serving as President and Group Chief Executive from 1998 until October 2001 and holding a variety of senior sales, marketing, and international positions prior thereto.

Mr. Wallace has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Kevin J. Brown

Kevin J. Brown has been our Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since October 2006. He was our Vice President of Corporate Services, Investor Relations & Compliance from August 2006 to October 2006 and he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to August 2006. Previously he was our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since December 1995. Prior to joining us, he was employed by the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP for 15 years.

Mr. Brown has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Saeid Rahimian

Saeid Rahimian is Sr. VP and President of Energy Services. He has held a number of operating roles in the Company, including President-Fluid Management Group, Group Vice President of R&M Energy Systems and Reactor Systems Earlier in his career he held various positions in management, engineering, and sales and marketing within Robbins & Myers.

Mr. Rahimian has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Aaron H. Ravenscroft

Aaron H. Ravenscroft has been our Corporate Vice President and President, Process & Flow Control Group since September 2011. Prior to joining Robbins & Myers, he served as the Vice President of Industrial Products Group Europe and Vice President of Industrial Products Group Americas at Gardner Denver from 2008 until 2011, six years in operational leadership positions at Wabtec Corporation, and three years as a sell-side analyst at Janney Montgomery Scott.

Mr. Ravenscroft has an undergraduate degree in economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Andrew C. Wills

Andrew C. Wills has been our Managing Director (President) of the Process Solutions Group since April 2009. Prior to his current role, he held the positions of Managing Director of PSG Europe, Middle East and Asia from 2006 to 2009, Managing Director Reactor Systems Group from 2005 to 2006, Vice President Global Manufacture RSG from 2004 to 2005 and Managing Director Robbins & Myer UK 1996 to 2004. He has also held a number of management positions in the areas of operations and sales and marketing within the Pfaudler organization.

Before joining Robbins & Myers in 1989, he worked for Babcock Power and later Babcock Construction, initially in the design and manufacturing of steam generation plants for both conventional and nuclear facilities.

Mr. Wills has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Open University UK and a HNC in Production Engineering. He is President of the Scottish Engineering Employer's Federation.

Michael J. McAdams

Michael J. McAdams has been our Treasurer since October 2005, and was Assistant Treasurer from September 2004 to September 2005. From 1999 to 2003, he was Treasurer of Evenflo Company, Inc. He was Treasurer of Advanced Silicon Materials, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He was also employed by Armco, Inc. for 15 years, holding various finance positions, including the position of Assistant Treasurer.

Mr. McAdams has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Dayton.

Jeffrey L. Halsey

Jeff Halsey has been our Vice President of Human Resources since 2007. He held various Human Resources positions with ABB Ltd. from 1989 through 2006, most recently as Group Senior Vice President, Human Resources for ABB Inc. and the global Automation Segment of ABB Ltd. Prior to 1989 he was Vice President, Employee Relations for Pullman, Inc.

Mr. Halsey has an undergraduate degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Linn Harson

Linn Harson is our Secretary and General Counsel and a partner with the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP.
